Our cold cuts are prepared and cooked in our workshop in St Thibault des Vignes, using meats of EU origin, with guaranteed traceability. Our meats are preservative-free! We have removed nitrite salts from our recipes: the meats have a natural color.

Total processed meat and sausage used: 22%. Meats sourced from the European Union.
Product storage information: For optimal enjoyment, consume preferably before: see the date printed on one of the lids. After opening, keep refrigerated in an appropriate container and consume promptly.
