A selected variety of tomatoes: the Ronde de Parme. The tomatoes are crushed and then heated to a temperature above 90°C. Through a centrifugation process, the juice is separated from the skin, seeds, and cellulose. This preparation is extremely gourmet and balanced, combining thickness with the intense aroma of fresh tomatoes. 2kg of fresh tomatoes are needed to obtain 1kg of Passata Mutti. Ideal for preparing sauces, or dishes of pasta and rice that require little cooking.
