My super alsa® Chocolate Cake: a unique chocolate cake! A generous and uniquely moist chocolate cake. Just add 20 cl of cream and 3 eggs, sprinkle it with icing sugar and slide it into the oven to delight all gourmets. Not a chocolate fan? Opt for the alsa® Natural Moelleux or the alsa® Lemon Moelleux with a good taste. Quick and easy to prepare I need a non-stick round mold, with a high edge, 24 to 26 cm in diameter, buttered beforehand. 1. I preheat my oven to 150 C (th. 5) preferably in fan-forced position. 2. I pour the contents of the large sachet into a salad bowl. 3. I add 3 eggs, 20 cl of liquid cream and I whip 2 min with an electric mixer. 4. I pour into my mould, I sprinkle with half the sachet of icing sugar and I bake for 45 min (or 50 min if I use a traditional oven). I check the cooking by pricking a knife blade in the middle of the cake: if it comes out clean then my cake is cooked. 5. I wait 5 min and unmold. I sprinkle the rest with icing sugar: it's ready! Ingredients: Ingredients: For the preparation of the cake (415 g): chocolate powder 33% (sugar, cocoa, sugar, WHEAT flour 16%, WHEAT starch, baking powder (E 575 and sodium carbonates, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E 472a, b, e and E 470a, maltodextrin, MILK proteins, a thickener (xanthan gum) and a flavouring. Possible traces of GLUTEN, EGG, SOY, NUTS. And for my pretty decoration (20 g): icing sugar and a little potato starch. Possible traces of GLUTEN, MILK, EGG, SOY, NUTS.

Information on product storage: My chocolate cake can be stored in a cool, dry place and can be consumed within 48 hours of preparation.
